Katie Stout is a New York based designer. Born in Portland, Maine, Stout grew up in New Jersey and holds a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design.
She utilizes an assorted range of media and regularly unexpected techniques. Her body of work, described as “naïve pop”, includes seating, shelving, lighting, mirrors, carpets and curtains.
Katie lives in Brooklyn, NY where we photographed her in limited edition No. 01, No. 13 and No. 14 and sat down for a lightning Q&A session.
