Takamichi Saeki was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. At 18 he packed his bags and moved to New York City.
A former gallery owner and an avid art lover, Takamichi's approach towards beauty has created a new standard through a ‘style meets precision’ Japanese sensibility.
He started out cutting hair in his own apartment and opened his first eponymous salon in 2000. Inspired by the unassuming, enduring and personable, Takamichi continues to expand his vision through Takamichi Beauty Room, fluidly blending the worlds of beauty and grooming.
